Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and ambitious
Sales Intern
to join our growing team. You will work closely with our sales and marketing team to identify, connect with, and nurture potential leads. This is a hands-on role where you'll gain real-world experience in B2B sales outreach, lead qualification, CRM tools, and closing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients using LinkedIn, Apollo, ZoomInfo, and other databases.
  • Reach out to prospects via
    cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages
    .
  • Pitch B2B Cognition's services confidently and set up meetings with decision-makers.
  • Maintain and update CRM records (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Assist the sales team in preparing proposals and presentations.
  • Follow up with leads and help move them through the sales pipeline.
  • Track outreach results and suggest improvements for better conversion rates.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Strong interest in sales, marketing, and business development.
  • Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, email outreach, or CRM tools is a plus.
  • Self-driven, enthusiastic, and willing to learn quickly.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
