We are looking for a proactive **Assistant Manager - Pre-Sales** to lead and optimize our tele-calling operations. This role involves managing a team, driving lead generation, and ensuring seamless customer engagement to build a strong sales pipeline.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Team Leadership**: Supervise, train, and motivate the tele-calling team to achieve targets.
- **Lead Generation & Qualification**: Identify, qualify, and prioritize leads from various channels.
- **Customer Engagement**: Build strong relationships, handle inquiries, and provide tailored solutions.
- **Appointment Setting**: Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Track key metrics, analyze data, and optimize processes.
- **CRM & Data Management**: Maintain accurate records and ensure effective follow-ups.
- **Product Knowledge & Market Insights**: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- **Target Achievement**: Drive the team to exceed lead generation and appointment-setting goals.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- **Sales Acumen**: Strong understanding of sales principles and customer engagement.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written skills with a customer-focused approach.
- **Leadership**: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
- **Tech Proficiency**: Experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- **Time Management**: Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and problem-solve effectively.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
