About Us

**D-Vivid Consultant**is leading overseas education consultant helping students achieve their global career dreams. With a growing presence across Gujarat, we are expanding our team in **Prahladnagar, Ahmedabad** and are looking for enthusiastic **Pre-Sales Associates / Inside Sales Associates** to connect with students & parents, provide accurate information, and generate walk-ins to our branches.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to students & parents exploring overseas education opportunities.
- Present and explain our services, study programs, and processes over the phone.
- Schedule counseling appointments and encourage office visits.
- Manage leads effectively using CRM tools.
- Follow up with prospects to support conversions into successful enrollments.
- Work closely with the sales & counselling team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**:

- 1+ year experience in **BPO, call centers, contact centres, telecalling, telemarketing, or inside sales** preferred.
- Freshers with **excellent spoken communication skills** (Gujarati, Hindi, English) and a passion for building a career in sales are also encouraged to apply.
- **Technical Skills**: Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
- **Personal Attributes**: Goal-oriented, polite, persistent, and customer-focused.
- Prior exposure to **EdTech / Overseas Education industry** is a plus.
