**About the Role**:
Are you a confident communicator who enjoys connecting with people? We’re on the lookout for **Pre-Sales Associates (Telecallers)** to support our Sales Team at **D Vivid Consultant**. Your role will be to call potential leads, create a strong first impression, and encourage them to visit our office for further consultation regarding abroad education.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective leads from our internal database.
- Provide information about our services and address basic queries.
- Build quick rapport and maintain a polite, professional tone during all conversations.
- Encourage and schedule walk-ins for face-to-face counseling.
- Update lead status and remarks on CRM accurately and in real-time.
- Coordinate with Sales Counselors for smooth follow-up and conversion.

**Who Can Apply?**
- Understanding of **basic sales cycles** and customer engagement is an advantage.
- Must have strong communication skills in **Gujarati, Hindi, and English**.
- Basic computer skills and comfort working with CRM tools and spreadsheets.
- Energetic, target-driven, and professional attitude.
