**Job Title: Sales Associate / Sales Representative**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Conversion : Respond to inquiries and follow up with leads promptly to maintain interest and build rapport. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and property showings to convert leads into clients.**:

- **Project Presentations: Provide detailed presentations on the Dholera SIR Project, offering investment guidance and insights.**:

- **Site Visits: Arrange and conduct site visits, offering comprehensive project details and closing deals effectively.**:

- **Relationship Management: Establish and maintain relationships with investors and channel partners to foster collaboration and drive sales.**:

- **Channel Network Expansion: Develop and expand the associate network, ensuring optimal sales performance from partners.**:

- **Land Inquiries: Handle client inquiries related to the companys land bank and provide relevant information.**:

- **Sales System Management: Oversee the sales system for various organizational operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.**:

- **Event Management: Organize and manage events featuring reputed personalities and corporate entities to boost sales.**:

- **Growth Analysis: Analyze sales data and company performance to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.**

**Qualifications**:

- **Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).**:

- **Proven experience in sales management, preferably in real estate or related industries.**:

- **Strong understanding of investment projects, particularly in the Dholera SIR area.**:

- **Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.**:

- **Ability to build and maintain relationships with investors and channel partners.**:

- **Experience in organizing events and training programs.**:

- **Analytical skills to assess company growth and sales performance.**

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
