**Role Overview**

We are looking for a **dynamic, relationship-driven Sales Associate** to join our growing sales team. This is a **field sales role** where you will actively meet architects and interior designers, showcase our product catalogue, and build long-term business relationships that drive sales growth.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Lead Generation & Cold Calling** - Use the provided database to reach out to prospective clients and set up appointments.
- **Client Meetings** - Visit 4-5 clients per day (architects and interior designers) at their offices.
- **Product Demonstration** - Present our product catalogue and explain the unique value of PaperMint laminates.
- **Relationship Building** - Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- **Sales Growth** - Work towards quarterly sales targets.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 0-3 years of sales or business development experience (field sales preferred).
- **Education**: Any graduate / diploma holder (not mandatory if you have strong sales skills).
- **Communication**: Should be able to speak in Hindi/ Gujarati; basic English communication is a plus.
- **Skills**: Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills, self-motivated, target-driven.
- **Other**:

- Willing to travel locally for daily client visits (4-5 visits per day).
- Should have a two-wheeler and a smartphone.
- Office attendance/punching is not mandatory - this is a **field-focused role**.
- Petrol and mobile allowance will be provided.
