**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate at JHEX. The Sales Associate will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including client prospecting, lead generation, cold calling, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and maintaining client relationships. The Sales Associate will also collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.

**Qualifications**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Experience in client prospecting and lead generation
- Knowledge of IT industry trends and technologies
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Ability to work in a team and individually
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the staffing or IT industry is a plus

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,382.12 per month
