Job Description – Sales Executive (Full Time)

Industry: Retail B2C Sales (Electronics & Appliances Preferred)

Job Location: Vadodara (Manjalpur)

Salary Range: ₹2.5 LPA – ₹3 LPA

Experience Required: 2 to 5 Years

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through direct B2C sales and regular field visits.

Generate qualified leads via cold calling, referrals, and field marketing initiatives.

Conduct product demonstrations and meetings to effectively convert prospects into customers.

Develop and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Identify new sales opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, and industry trends.

Monitor and analyze key sales metrics (conversion rates, average order value, etc.) to improve performance.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure post-sales support and customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile:

2–5 years of relevant experience in B2C or field sales, preferably in electronics or appliances.

Demonstrated success in retail or direct marketing roles.

Strong leadership qualities and the ability to work both independently and within a team.

Excellent communication, persuasion, and selling skills.

Proficiency in giving presentations and speaking in public.

Willing to travel frequently for fieldwork and customer engagements.
