- Night Shift: 6:30 pm
- 3:30 am (Monday to Friday)
- Location: Noida
- Experience: 3-6 years

**Please find below the roles and responsibilities**:

- Research, Prospect and Generate leads for staffing requirements in the US
- Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts in North America, build rapport, provide company overview and technical information around IT staffing
- Use a variety of methods (cold call, social media, LinkedIn, direct mail) to generate leads and open new accounts by understanding clients’ IT requirements - staffing and solutions
- Identify proper stakeholders, build, and then expand those relationships with clients
- Clear understanding of the US Staffing processes/ Techniques
- Timely updates of new leads in the CRM system and data for management reporting

**You will be a great fit if**:

- 2+ years of experience required in US IT staffing / Sales in US technology market
- Have worked with international clients on night shifts. Ability to quickly adjust priorities to respond to pressing demand
- Knowledge of the staffing industry and understanding of various technical roles and technologies
- Demonstrated ability to learn and use necessary technology quickly and adeptly
- Strong communication, presentation, organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
- Responsible self-starter and innovative-quick thinker
- A keen team player and have a good understanding of team dynamics
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously with a sense of urgency

**Salary**: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
