About the Job Role

Excellent communication skills (spoken and written) and street
smarts to overcome challenges and achieve targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Be accountable for revenue targets.
- Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts.
- Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives.
- Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers.
- Work extensively on LinkedIn and other platforms to generate customer

leads.
- Passionate about IT consulting - Business Development /Lead generation.

- Should be good in all Lead Generation activities like Cold Calling, E-Mail

Marketing, LinkedIn Search and Client References.
- Work with recruiters and vendors, motivate and mentor them.
- Coordinating with the recruitment teams, setting priorities and to ensure

that client requirements, delivery and hiring are met in a timely manner.
- Must have 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales (US markets) with

a reputed brand.
- Must have strong sales background.
- Proven track record in Client Acquisition, Business Development and

winning new business.
- Aggressive and Target oriented with ability to work in high pressure

environment, multi-tasking, and self-motivated.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
