**Job Title: Corporate Finance Executive - SME Insurance**

**Position Overview**:We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us as a Junior Sales Associate in our SME Insurance department. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for career growth and development in the insurance sales domain. The Junior Sales Associate will assist the sales team in achieving targets and gaining valuable hands-on experience in the industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the sales team in prospecting and identifying potential SME clients who may benefit from our insurance products.
- Assist in conducting market research to understand SME insurance needs and trends.
- Collaborate with senior sales professionals to learn about different insurance policies and their applicability to SMEs.
- Shadow experienced team members during client meetings to observe sales techniques and customer interactions.
- Provide administrative support such as maintaining client databases, preparing sales reports, and managing documentation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong passion for sales and an interest in pursuing a career in insurance sales.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude towards tasks and challenges.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
