Engage with multiple sales formats to drive product placement and revenue growth. Conduct competitive scans and provide market intelligence. Oversee consumer research to align with trends and preferences. Collaborate with branding and communication agencies for campaigns and creatives. Innovate on packaging formats for different occasions and consumer segments. Work with perfume vendors for sourcing and development. Design and execute sales promotion plans. Drive sales tie-ups and partnerships to boost market penetration
