Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for a General Manager. The General Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure achievement of sales and revenue goals. Responsibilities include managing client relations, leading cross-functional teams, developing business strategies, and ensuring operational excellence. The role also entails analyzing market trends to identify growth opportunities and delivering consistent results to meet company objectives. Qualifications Leadership and team management skills with an ability to mentor and inspire teams. Strong strategic planning, business development, and operational management experience. Proven expertise in client relationship management and negotiation skills. Analytical thinking and decision-making abilities with a focus on achieving business goals. Proficiency in market analysis and real estate industry knowledge is a plus. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. MBA preferred.
