Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute CSR strategies aligned with the NGO's mission and partner companies' objectives.

Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners and CSR donors.

Prepare and present project proposals, MoUs, and impact reports for stakeholders.

Coordinate with program and field teams to ensure proper execution and documentation of CSR projects.

Monitor compliance with CSR regulations and reporting standards (e.g., Companies Act, 2013 - Section 135 in India).

Organize CSR events, donor engagement activities, and awareness campaigns.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree, Development Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.

2+ years of relevant experience in CSR, partnerships, or fundraising (preferably in the NGO sector).

Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and report writing.

Preferred Skills:
Experience working with CSR teams of corporates or foundations.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
