**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor tender portals for new opportunities related to facility management.
- Review tender documents and identify eligibility, scope, and technical requirements.
- Prepare and compile technical and commercial proposals.
- Coordinate with internal teams (technical, finance, legal) for necessary documents and approvals.
- Submit tenders on time through manual or e-tendering platforms (e.g., GeM, CPP Portal, E- Procurement).
- Attend pre-bid meetings, respond to clarifications, and track tender outcomes.
- Maintain documentation and records for all tender activities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in tendering, preferably in the facility management or services sector.
- Familiarity with e-tendering portals like GeM, CPPP, E- Procurement etc.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
