About the Role We are looking for motivated MBA freshers or engineering graduates to join our Inside Sales / Business Development team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable making cold calls, handling client interactions, and contributing to business growth. Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and generate leads. Build and maintain relationships with prospects through professional communication. Understand client requirements and identify business opportunities. Collaborate with senior sales team members to achieve targets and KPIs. Handle rejection professionally and stay motivated in a fast-paced environment. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM. Scheduling qualified meetings. Qualifications MBA Fresher or BTech Graduates Required Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills (mandatory). MBA freshers or engineering graduates looking to build a career in sales. Willingness to work night shifts (US shift). Strong interpersonal skills and resilience to handle rejection. Proactive and target-driven mindset with a desire to learn and grow.
