- **Issue Resolution**: Address customer concerns efficiently and effectively, striving for first-contact resolution whenever possible.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information and assistance to customers.
- **International Communication**: Communicate effectively with customers from diverse cultural backgrounds, demonstrating cultural sensitivity and awareness.
- **Order Management**: Assist customers with order placement, tracking, cancellations, and returns, ensuring a seamless experience.
- **Escalation Handling**: Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or higher management, ensuring swift resolution and customer satisfaction.
- **Feedback Management**: Gather customer feedback and insights to identify areas for improvement and contribute to the enhancement of products and services.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, inquiries, and complaints using CRM software.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Collaborate with various teams including Sales, Marketing, and Operations to address customer needs and improve overall service delivery.
- **Quality Assurance**: Adhere to company policies and service standards to ensure consistently high-quality service delivery.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Previous experience in customer service or related roles, particularly in an international.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to empathize with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Problem-solving skills with a focus on finding efficient and effective solutions.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools is desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
