**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare and cook authentic Mexican dishes including tacos, burritos, quesadillas, nachos, and rice bowls.
- Develop and execute menus that also include wings, burgers, pizzas, sandwiches, and wraps.
- Ensure consistency, taste, and presentation of all food items.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and kitchen cleanliness.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and minimize food wastage.
- Collaborate with management to create new menu items and seasonal specials.
- Train and supervise junior kitchen staff when required.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Mexican Chef / Cook in a restaurant or hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of Mexican spices, marinades, and cooking techniques.
- Ability to prepare both Mexican and fusion-style international dishes.
- Creativity in food presentation and menu planning.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
