Overview:
**Summary**

The Billing Dispute Resolution Assistant provides administrative support to the Billing Dispute Resolution Team. This role focuses on tracking/data entry to ensure disputes are properly recorded and finalized. A strong focus on continuous improvement is always expected.

**Responsibilities**:
**Essential Functions**
- Creates billing dispute in ticketing system
- Assigns ticket to Analyst
- Monitors ticket queue
- Assists with various administrative tasks (e.g., preparing presentations, data entry in specific files)

Qualifications:
**Required Qualifications**
- High School diploma
- 10+ years’ experience of administrative support focused on project management
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a high volume/paced environment
- Highly organized and strong attention to detail

**Desired/Preferred Qualifications**
- Associate degree
- Familiarity with NetSuite ERP system
