**Position**: Customer Relationship Manager - Fresher

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Job Summary**:
For freshers, this role will provide on-the-job training and mentorship. The company will guide you on CRM systems, client handling strategies, real estate sales processes and banking processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serving as the first point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing information on properties, and assisting in the buying/renting process.
- Keep clients updated on a monthly basis on new project developments.
- Handle client concerns or issues efficiently and professionally, ensuring satisfaction and maintaining a positive relationship.
- Update and maintain accurate records of customer information, preferences, and transaction history in the CRM system.
- Assist in preparing reports related to customer interactions, post-sales process.
- Ensure that all documentation for property transactions is completed promptly.
- Assist in maintaining confidentiality of client information and follow company policies related to data privacy.
- Assist in managing agreements, demand letters, and payment receipts.
- Assist in collecting payments at regular intervals and follow up for overdue payments.
- Assist in coordinating with banks for loan disbursements.
- Assist in handling possession coordination, ensuring a smooth handover process.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients and teams effectively.
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Basic knowledge of CRM or willingness to learn new tools and banking processes
- Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
