**Job Title**: Customer Relation Executive
**Location**: Andheri (E), Mumbai

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Interaction**: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their queries and concerns efficiently.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
- **Issue Resolution**: Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues in a timely manner and provide appropriate solutions.
- **Data Management**: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and correspondence.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather and analyze client feedback to suggest service improvements.
- **Support Sales Activities**: Assist the sales team with client follow-ups, service renewals, and generating leads.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 0-1 year in customer service, sales support, or a related role (Freshers are welcome).
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Strong ability to connect with clients and provide a positive customer experience.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to address client concerns efficiently and thoughtfully.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Familiarity with IT products and basic knowledge of CRM software is a plus.

**Compensation**:

- **Freshers**: ₹10,000 - ₹12,000 per month
- **With 6 months to 1 year of experience**: ₹15,000 - ₹16,000 per month
