**Job Description: Guest Relations Executive**

As a Guest Relations Executive, your primary responsibility is to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all guests. You will be the main point of contact for guests and will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Greeting and welcoming guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.

2. Assisting guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

3. Handling guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.

4. Providing accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.

5. Anticipating guests' needs and proactively offering assistance or suggestions to enhance their stay.

6. Coordinating with other departments to fulfill guest requests, such as room service, housekeeping, or maintenance.

7. Resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise during a guest's stay, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

8. Maintaining a neat and organized front desk area, including proper handling of guest documentation and payment processing.

9. Keeping up-to-date with hotel policies, procedures, and special promotions to effectively communicate with guests.

10. Collaborating with the sales and marketing team to promote hotel services and optimize guest satisfaction.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the hospitality industry.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests from diverse backgrounds.

3. Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations.

5. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

6. Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

7. A positive and friendly attitude with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
