**THIS IS 100% REMOTE WORK FROM HOME JOB. WE NEED SERIOUS CANDIDATES WHO ARE AVAILABLE TO WORK IMMEDIATELY AND YOU SHOULD HAVE WORKED AS AN EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO THE CEO OF A COMPANY IN THE US OR UK AND SHOULD HAVE THAT ACCENT. PLEASE DON'T APPLY IF YOU DON'T HAVE AND MOST PREFERENCE IS THE PERSON WITH FMCG COMPANY EXPERIENCE.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle communication on behalf of the CEO with stores where our products are sold, ensuring effective liaison and management of stock deliveries.
- Maintain regular contact with stores in different time zones (Dubai, Europe, USA) The work timings are **4:30 P.M to 12:30 A.M**:

- Utilize strong communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and partners.
- Proficiently manage video editing, Excel, and PowerPoint tasks.
- Assist in financial tasks such as cross-verifying invoices and tallying financial totals.
- Make outbound calls to potential partners to introduce our products and offer sample shipments.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in English with a good **American or British accent** to ensure effective communication.
- Ability to work from 4:30 pm to 12:30 am.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in video editing, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable with numbers and capable of cross-verifying invoices and financial totals.
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
