**Job Summary**

Responsible for assisting departments within the programming organization such as programming acquisition, original programming, program development, etc. with the coordinating of content material. Works on straight forward tasks using established procedures.

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Carries out discrete parts of assigned programming activities or implement ongoing programming activities.
- Gathers, prepares and distributes updates on ratings, production documentation, advertising trafficking information, project and/or production schedules.
- Works with Marketing team or other departments to secure and deliver footage or other information required for other departments to fulfill their obligations in supporting programming.
- Ensures that all content is delivered flawlessly to internal teams and to external partners in a timely and professional manner.
- Serves as a point of contact among talent, their agents and managers and programming personnel.
- Assists in the compilation and preparation of reports, budgets, schedules and related programming documentation.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
