Service Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Service Coordination**:
- Act as the primary point of contact for service-related queries and requests.
- Schedule, track, and manage service delivery operations, ensuring timely resolution of client issues.
- Coordinate with the service team to assign tasks and monitor progress.
- Maintain accurate records of service requests, resolutions, and follow-ups.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including documentation, report generation, and maintaining files.
- Manage communications with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in preparing service agreements, contracts, and other official documents.
- Maintain inventory of equipment, tools, and supplies required for service operations.
- **Team Support and Coordination**:
- Work closely with the technical, sales, and operations teams to align service activities with organizational goals.
- Assist in onboarding new team members by providing necessary documentation and training schedules.
- Track and report team performance metrics, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Address and resolve client complaints or escalations in a timely manner.
- Provide periodic updates to clients on service progress and completion.
- **Process Improvement**:
- Identify areas for process optimization and implement strategies to enhance efficiency.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for service and administrative tasks.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in service coordination, administration, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and administrative tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills.
