Customer Service Coordinator

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Service Coordination**:
- Schedule and assign service technicians for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting tasks.
- Track service calls, complaints, and resolutions to ensure timely closure.
- Maintain detailed service records and update CRM systems or service logs.
**Customer Interaction**:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer service requests and complaints.
- Follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction and gather feedback.
**Team Support**:
- Coordinate with technical teams for spares, tools, and documentation.
- Ensure technicians have clear work orders and necessary support before site visits.
**Logistics & Documentation**:
- Maintain inventory of spare parts, consumables, and service tools.
- Prepare service reports, invoices, and related documents for internal and client use.
**Compliance & Standards**:
- Ensure service operations comply with company policies and industry standards.
- Monitor adherence to safety protocols and proper usage of equipment.
**Key Skills & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electronics, IT, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in service coordination or related role in Telecom, CCTV, or Biometric systems.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
**Preferred Traits**:
- Customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to handle field-level challenges and provide quick resolutions.
- Understanding of technical aspects of telecom, CCTV, and biometric devices.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
