**Roles and Responsibilities**:
**Service Coordinator**
**1. Delegate and Direct Service Tasks**
Assign responsibilities to the service team and ensure timely execution of all tasks.
**2. Attend to Customer Calls and Queries**
Handle customer queries and perform primary troubleshooting over the phone.
**3. Manage Service Team Engineers**
Monitor team performance to ensure service goals and objectives are consistently met.
**4. Handle Customer Complaints Professionally**
Resolve complaints swiftly and professionally to maintain high customer satisfaction.
**5. Support Administrative Tasks**
Manage invoicing, service request processing, and spare parts inventory. Share weekly assignment sheets with concerned engineers, collect their payment collection plans, and monitor receivables based on their committed timelines.
**6. Spare Part Quotation and Processing**
Generate quotations, process payments, and coordinate the ordering and dispatch of spare parts for field service.
**7. Monitor and Assign Service Calls**
Log and assign service calls to appropriate engineers & monitor completion timelines.
**8. Manage Service CRM**
Operate and maintain service platforms such as FSM and Centra CRM; track and evaluate engineer performance.
**9. Schedule Preventive Maintenance**
Plan and monitor preventive maintenance activities for installed equipment
**10. Track Warranty, CAMC, and AMC**
Maintain and update equipment contracts and status in CRM regularly.
**11. Coordinate Equipment Installations**
Manage end-to-end installation processes, ensuring timely and proper setup.
**12. Arrange Spare Parts and Return Defective Units**
Log breakdowns in Mindray FSM and return defective parts to the supplier after service completion.
**13. Manage Field Engineer Activities**
Track attendance, handle tour advances, and manage expense submissions.
**14. Prepare Manual Bills**
Draft and submit manual bills for equipment and CAMC services to TNMSC, KSMSCL, JIPMER, and direct institutions.
**15. Manage EMMS Operations**
Mange online bill submissions, call assignments, and CAMC updates in the EMMS system.
**16. Follow Up on EMD & Security Deposits**
Coordinate with TNMSC, Direct, KSMCSL, and JIPMER for EMD and security deposit refunds.
**17. Multi-Platform Coordination**
Efficiently manage FSM, Centra CRM, and EMMS for seamless service operations.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
