**Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site role for a Pre Sales Executive. The Pre Sales Executive will be responsible for understanding the client's needs and requirements, preparing and delivering presentations, demonstrating software solutions. The Pre Sales Executive will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients and working closely with the sales team to achieve revenue goals.
**Responsibilities for this role**:
- Building qualified sales pipeline
- Being the first point of contact for the organization
- Generating leads, building relationships with potential customers and nurturing the warm prospects
- Finding new and potential sales outlets to engage with inactive prospects
- Showcasing the product to potential customers during the sales cycle
- Refining the lead generation process on a timely basis
- Staying current with the industry trends
- Track all lead activity and monitor opportunities using CRM software
- Consistently achieve and exceed your monthly targets
**Qualifications**
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in software solution sales
- Strong technical knowledge and ability to understand client requirements
- Ability to give product demonstrations and presentations
- Customer-focused with a strong problem-solving ability
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience in the salon and spa industry is a plus.
- Experience in CRM software solutions is also a plus.
**Salary**: From ₹240,000.00 per year
