**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and onboard new partners, clients, and vendors to expand business opportunities.
- Develop partnership strategies aligned with organizational goals and market trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across partner organizations.
- Collaborate with internal teams (delivery, recruitment, sales) to fulfill client requirements.
- Negotiate contracts, agreements, and commercial terms with partners.
- Drive joint go-to-market initiatives with alliance partners.
- Track and analyze partnership performance metrics (revenue growth, client acquisition, partner satisfaction).
- Represent the company at industry events, networking forums, and partner meetings.
- Provide market intelligence on competitors, industry trends, and partnership opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with partnership agreements and SLAs.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, business development, or client acquisition.
- Strong understanding of IT staffing, outsourcing, or technology services industry.
- Proven experience in developing and managing B2B partnerships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build long-term relationships and influence stakeholders at senior levels.
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
