**About Us**:
One Health Assist is a fast-growing healthcare company focused on revolutionizing global healthcare partnerships. We are looking for a **Strategic Alliance Manager** to lead international collaborations, forge strong partnerships, and drive global expansion efforts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify, negotiate, and close strategic partnerships with **international healthcare brands, hospitals, insurers, and medical institutions**.
- Develop and execute strategies to expand global business opportunities.
- Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, product) to align partnerships with business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with **C-level executives, decision-makers, and stakeholders**.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and business opportunities in **key international markets**.
- Drive revenue growth through effective partnership models, including **co-branding, licensing, and joint ventures**.
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to structure agreements that ensure mutual success.
- Represent the company at global conferences, networking events, and business meetings.

**Requirements**:

- **Proven track record (5+ years) in international business development, partnerships, or strategic alliances.**:

- Experience in **healthcare, medtech, pharmaceuticals, insurance, or related industries** is a plus.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive projects from ideation to execution.
- Experience dealing with **international markets and cross-border business models**.
- Understanding of **contract negotiations, revenue-sharing models, and strategic deal structuring**.
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
