**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Build and Nurture Relationships: Develop and maintain long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with key stakeholders in partner organizations.
- Negotiate Partnership Agreements: Lead discussions and negotiations with potential partners, structuring agreements that benefit both parties.
- Support Partnership Execution: Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, product) to implement and manage partnership initiatives.
- Monitor Partnership Performance: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of partnerships. Provide regular updates to leadership on the performance of strategic alliances
- Strategic Planning: developing long-term goals, defining a clear roadmap for partnership initiatives, and aligning both internal and external resources toward achieving mutual success.
- Market Intelligence: Use insights from partnerships to help the company better position itself in the market and create a competitive advantage.
- Issue Resolution: Identifying and addressing challenges that may arise between your organization and its external partners.

Qualifications:

- Proven ability to manage partnerships and drive business outcomes
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools

**Experience**:
Minimum 2 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a similar role, preferably in the marketing industry.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
