Job Summary:
As a Customer Support Executive for our club management software, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients. Your role involves assisting users with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a seamless experience with our software. You will play a vital role in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Inquiry Response**:
Understand customers’ needs and provide solutions or recommendations.
**Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving**:
Assist customers in navigating and efficiently using our software.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear, step-by-step solutions.
Escalate complex issues to the relevant technical team with detailed information.
**Product Knowledge**:
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the software’s features, updates, and functionalities.
Educate customers about new features and enhancements.
**Feedback and Reporting**:
Collect feedback from customers to improve the overall experience with the software.
Report recurring issues or trends to management and suggest possible improvements.
**Collaboration**:
Work closely with other departments, such as the technical teams, to provide seamless customer support.
**Training and Support**:
Conduct virtual or in-person training sessions for clients, if required.
Develop support material such as tutorials and guides for users.
**Qualifications**:
Proven experience as a Business Support Executive or similar role, preferably in a software or tech-related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
Comfortable with technology and learning new software.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
A team player with a customer-oriented mindset.
**Preferred**:
Familiarity with club management software or related systems.
Experience in a club, fitness, or hospitality industry.
**Education**:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
**Working Conditions**:
This role may require flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.
