**About the Role**:
We are hiring for our **client**, who is seeking an innovative and performance-driven **Digital Marketing Executive** to lead their online marketing efforts for a growing grocery/retail store. This is a unique opportunity to work on impactful campaigns targeting both **local and US-based clients**, offering a chance to expand your global marketing expertise while contributing to the success of a dynamic brand.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Digital Marketing Campaign Management**:
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
Develop and manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to ensure optimal ROI.
**2. Social Media Marketing**:
Create and schedule engaging content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others.
Devise strategies to boost social media followers, engagement, and visibility.
Collaborate with designers to produce visually appealing content for campaigns.
**3. SEO & Website Optimization**:
Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search rankings and organic traffic.
Ensure the website is optimized for user experience and lead generation.
Monitor site performance using tools like Google Analytics and recommend improvements.
**4. Content Creation & Management**:
Write blogs, promotional content, and product descriptions tailored to the target audience.
**5. Analytics & Performance Reporting**:
Analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare regular reports to assess ROI and KPI achievement.
Use insights to refine strategies for continuous improvement.
**6. Geo-targeted & Local Marketing**:
Design campaigns to drive footfall to physical stores, targeting local audiences effectively.
Leverage geo-targeting and location-based advertising for maximum impact.
**7. Influencer & Partnership Marketing**:
Identify and engage with influencers and local partners to promote products and services.
Develop collaborations with community stakeholders for mutual growth.
**8. CRM & Customer Retention**:
Use CRM tools to personalize customer engagement and track the customer journey.
Develop and promote loyalty programs to increase retention and lifetime value.
**Key Skills and Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably in the retail or grocery sector.
Expertise in tools like Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, SEMrush, Canva, and Mailchimp.
Strong understanding of SEO, social media advertising, and analytics.
Excellent communication and content creation skills.
Ability to analyze data, derive actionable insights, and implement strategies for improvement.
Experience with eCommerce platforms is a plus.
