**Job Location**: Bangalore

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee organic social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) ensuring consistent brand voice and messaging.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to support the company's overall marketing objectives and product launches.
- Create engaging content for social media posts, blogs, articles, and other digital platforms that resonate with our target audience.
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends, competitive insights, and opportunities for engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute integrated campaigns across digital channels.
- Optimize content for SEO and utilize best practices to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
- Measure and analyse the performance of social media campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics and social media analytics platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices; implement new strategies and tactics as needed.
- Provide regular reports and insights on social media performance, audience growth, and engagement metrics.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or pursuing the same, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven track record of managing successful social media campaigns and driving engagement.
- Solid understanding of SEO, content marketing, and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to optimize campaign performance.
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and campaigns.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Passionate about social media and staying abreast of industry developments.
