We are looking for a Business Support Data Analyst to work remotely for a reputed client based in Saudi Araba.

The Business Support Data Analyst will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to support the operations and decision-making processes within the business support department. This role necessitates the ability to leverage data to identify trends, provide actionable insights, and align with the organization's strategic objectives. The analyst will collaborate closely with the Business Support Manager and various functional leads to optimize performance and enhance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Data Collection & Management:

o Collect, organize, and analyze large sets of data from various sources such as Approved PRs, VRs, POs & Approved AMC contracts.

o Maintain and update BSS Department data files and ensure information accuracy.

o Develop data collection processes to improve efficiency and quality

. 2. Data Analysis & Interpretation:

o Conduct statistical analysis and data modeling on approved and processed requests.

o Translate complex data into clear insights and simplify the workflow processes.

o Perform root cause analysis for service delays and propose solutions within approved SLAs.

  1. Reporting & Visualization:

o Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to be accessed by business heads during MBRs for decision-making

o Utilize tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel to present data in an accessible format

. 4. Business Support:

o Work collaboratively with various business support functional leads to understand their obstacles and provide tailored solutions.

o Provide support for ad hoc data requests and analysis projects.

  1. Process Improvement:

o Review existing workflows to identify gaps and enhance the approval cycle.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience:

o 2-5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.

o Proven experience in data management and analysis tools.

Technical Skills:

o Proficient in Excel, and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.

o Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems.

  • Analytical Skills:

Strong ability to interpret and analyze complex data sets to provide meaningful insights.

  • Problem-Solving: Competence in identifying problems, evaluating options, and implementing solutions

  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and a keen eye for detail.

  • Collaboration: Ability to work well in a team environment and across departments.

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to ₹120,000.00 per month
