**About the role**
This role will Drive RLC & VRF targets through effective Channel Management skills.
**Role Responsibilities**:
- To identify new markets / new prospects & competition accounts & thereby increasing business opportunities for increasing Branch Sales.
- To identify new channel partners in the market and appointment them for channel expansion to drive more sales from new channels.
- Aids in business development activities for channel management teams within defined customer segment to support the business strategy.
- Participates in the development of new customer contact leads for the sales business development team.
- Proactively identifies prospective target accounts and presents to sales business development team.
**Minimum Requirements**:
- Should have minimum 2 years of experience in handling Channel Management Sales.
- Should have previous experience handling Residential (Hw Splits), Light commercial (Cassette & Ducted) and Commerical (VRF) Air conditioning Products.
- Requires theoretical to advanced knowledge obtained through a university degree, combined with experience
