- Build, develop, and manage relationships with channel partners to drive consistent business growth.- Leverage an existing network of active channel partners, especially on Mumbais Western Line, to generate leads and close deals.- Identify, onboard, and engage new channel partners to expand the sales network.- Conduct regular partner meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to maximize productivity.- Track and manage leads/opportunities through CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and reporting effectiveness.- Collaborate with internal teams to create sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and partner engagement activities.- Drive business by planning and executing field visits, partner events, and customer interactions.- Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics, preparing reports and presentations for management.- Achieve sales targets consistently while ensuring partner satisfaction and long-term relationships.Requirements & Qualifications:- 5- 8 years of proven experience in sourcing and managing business through channel partners within the real estate sector.- Strong network of channel partners in Mumbai, especially across the Western Line, is a significant advantage.- In-depth knowledge of the Mumbai real estate market, including trends, competitors, and customer behavior.- Excellent communication skills fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is required; additional languages are a plus.- Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with fieldwork.- A go-getter with a flexible, outcome-focused approach (ref:iimjobs.com)
