D365 CRM Integrations Specialist Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, and Azure Service Bus

KeyResponsibilities:

Design and implement end-to-end integrations between Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement) and external systems (ERP, third-party applications).

Develop and manage workflows using Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, and Azure Service Bus.

Build custom connectors, plugins, and handle custom development needs using C# and JavaScript.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable integration solutions.

Ensure data integrity during migrations and ongoing synchronizations.

Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues and bottlenecks.

Maintain thorough technical documentation of all integration processes and flows.

RequiredSkills:

5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM).

Expertise in Azure Logic Apps, Power Platform, Azure Functions, and Service Bus.

Strong experience with RESTful APIs, SOAP, OData, JSON, XML.

Familiarity with KingswaySoft, SSIS, or other ETL/data integration tools.

Proficiency in C#, .NET, and JavaScript for custom integration logic.

Background in data migration, transformation, and synchronization strategies.

Good understanding of OAuth, Azure AD, and data governance/security.
