**Job Summary**:
The call center Agent is responsible for providing exceptional service by addressing customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. The role involves outbound and inbound calls to support customer needs effectively. **(Male)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to address customer queries and concerns.
- Provide accurate information and solutions in a professional manner.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and update CRM Systems.
- Escalate unresolved issues to relevant department and follow up for resolution.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and service standards.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:Any degree or equivalent.
- **Experience**: 1+ year in customer service or call center roles.
- **Languages**: Tamil, English (Hindi/ South Indian languages preferred).
- **Skills**: Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service orientation.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
