Job Description: Call Center Agent - Pharma Retail

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls related to pharma retail products and services.
- Address customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain a polite, empathetic, and professional demeanor while interacting with customers.
- Log and document all customer interactions and feedback in the system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective customer service.
**Requirements**:
- **Experience**: 0 to 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- **Languages**: Fluency in English and Tamil is mandatory.
- **Skills**: Strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a customer-oriented approach.
- **Education**: Any graduate (preferred).
- **Preferred Immediate Joiners.**
**Shift Details**:
- **Timing**: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM
- **Days**: Monday to Saturday (2nd and 3rd Saturdays are off).
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
