Business Development Manager - BPO / Call Centre Marketing

Job Location:

Bangalore / Delhi(Noida)/ Pune / Chennai / Hyderabad / Kolkata

Experience needed:

10 + years

Salary per annum:

10 Lakhs - 30 Lakhs (Depending on Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Your primary focus is on bringing business from various clients (Telecom/Financial Services/Retail) from onsite and offshore
  • Develop objectives for the call centers and operations day-to-day activities
  • Developing strategies to gain more banking / financial clients
  • Conduct effective resource planning to maximize the productivity of resources
  • Experience as business development manager , marketing head / sales head / centre head

    Budgeting and tracking
  • Monitor and improve ordering, telephone handling and other procedures
  • Doing market research to get more clients
