Call Centre Representative

We are looking for a Call Centre Representative to handle calls from customers and provide support to them in any way possible.

**Responsibilities**:

- 1) Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- 2) Ensure you follow the customer service script provided by the company for uniformity.
- 3) Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- 4) Maintain good customer relations.
- 5) Meet personal targets and work towards meeting team targets.
- 6) Write and submit timely reports on performance, targets, and customer queries.

Requirements and skills
- 1) Graduates, MBA, bachelor's degree in commerce or related fields is preferred
- 2) Prior experience with customer service and call centers in relevant job roles.
- 3) Good knowledge of CRM practices and systems.
- 4) Telugu, English (Writing & Speaking skills) must and Hindi speaking skills
- 5) Customer-oriented attitude with professionalism.
- 6) Strong multitasking, time management, and target achieving skills.
- 7) Excellent communication and listening skills with good command over the English language.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
