Manage the entire process of the government tender paper notebook from concept to completion, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.

Coordinate with various departments and stakeholders involved in the tender process, such as legal, procurement, finance, and other relevant teams.

Develop and implement strategies to effectively organize and maintain the tender documentation in the notebook, ensuring easy access and retrieval.

Keep up-to-date with the latest government tender documentation requirements, guidelines, and regulations and ensure compliance.

Collaborate with internal teams to review and analyze tender documentation, identify gaps or areas for improvement, and provide recommendations for enhancing the submission.

Supervise and guide a team of tender administrators to ensure smooth handling of all tender-related tasks, including preparation, submission, and record-keeping.

Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and contractors, if required, to gather necessary information and documentation for inclusion in the tender paper notebook.

Conduct regular audits and quality checks on the tender documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to the defined standards.

Prepare and present periodic reports on the status of ongoing tenders, including key milestones, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.

Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging practices related to government tendering, and provide insights and recommendations for incorporating best practices.

Searching Government Tender for the notebooks, paper products & stationery on the various portals.

Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tender projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and coordinate with various stakeholders.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
