Job Title: Institutional Sales Representative - Agriculture Industry
**Responsibilities**:
- Client Relationship Management:
Build and nurture relationships with institutional clients such as farms, agribusinesses, and cooperatives.
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their agricultural operations.
- Sales Growth:
Achieve and exceed sales targets for institutional clients.
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand market share.
- Product Knowledge:
Stay updated on industry trends and product advancements.
- Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with organizational objectives.
Collaborate with distributors and channel partners to maximize sales reach.
- Market Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand competitors.
Provide regular feedback on market dynamics and emerging trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, or related field.
- Min 7 Years experience in institutional sales within the agriculture industry.
- Strong understanding of agricultural products and practices.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
