- Lead and manage a team of 6 individuals including yourself to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and professional development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and deliver exceptional results.
- Ensure effective communication within the team and promote a positive and inclusive work environment.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 1 year experience in Equity Sales.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving targets and driving team performance.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
