**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Tender Identification & Research**:

- Monitor government portals and procurement websites to identify relevant tender opportunities.
- Analyze tender requirements, eligibility criteria, and scope of work.
- **Tender Submission**:

- Coordinate the preparation of bid documents, including technical and financial proposals.
- Ensure timely submission of tenders in compliance with guidelines.
- **Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, procurement officers, and key decision-makers.
- Act as a liaison between the organization and government bodies during contract negotiations.
- **Market Analysis**:

- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within government sectors.
- **Compliance**:

- Ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements for government tenders.
- Maintain documentation and records for audit and compliance purposes.
- **Sales Strategy & Achievement**:

- Develop and execute strategies to meet institutional sales targets.
- Work closely with internal teams to align sales efforts with organizational goals.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- In-depth knowledge of government tendering processes and e-procurement portals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in preparing technical and financial proposals.
- Ability to work under strict deadlines and manage multiple tenders simultaneously.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in institutional sales, preferably in government tenders.
- Familiarity with government procurement laws and guidelines.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
