We have an urgent requirement for Institutional Sales - Financial Service

**Job Title**: Institutional Sales

**Qualification**: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field

**Experience**: 3 to 5 years

**Salary**: INR Maximum 1500000

**Location**: Andheri East, Mumbai

**Mandatory**:
3 to 5 years in business development of acquiring institutional clients
Excellent communication skills

**Job Responsibility**:
Client Acquisition and Relationship Building
? Acquire new clients (FIIs/Domestic FIs) and build the Institutional client base for Institutional Brokerage business.
? Identify, convert & develop successful business relationships with Banks, FIIs, Mutual Funds, Insurance Companies, Pension Funds, & other Institutional Investor segments for Equity sales.
? Prepare and execute a sales plan for the assigned relationship accounts.
? Interact with Institutional clients i.e. MFs, Insurance Cos, Banks, FIIs for regular business.
? Coordinate meetings between research teams with various kinds of institutions and corporates.
? Arrange road shows and conferences for clients with corporates/experts.
Business Management and Expansion
? Responsible for overall Institutional Business and handling and expanding portfolios of clients for Institutional Equity.
? Develop and maintain a long-term relationship with institutional clients.
? Maintain cordial relationships with Dealers, HODs, Fund managers and coordinate with the research team for trading fundamental calls.
? Coordinating with the research team and advising clients regarding the same.
? To develop the business and generate revenue.
? Provide timely progress reports to management and maintain records of clients.
Client Engagement and Requirements Understanding
? Meeting clients on a regular basis to understand their requirements.
