
Institutional Sales

**Key Responsibilities**:
1.Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy targeting institutions, such as 5-star hotels, clubs, and A-grade restaurants, to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
2.Identify potential institutional partners through research, networking, referrals, and proactive outreach efforts.
3.Build and foster strong relationships with key decision-makers, department heads, and stakeholders within targeted institutions.
4.Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand the specific requirements and challenges of each institutional partner.
5.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product specialists, marketing, and operations, to customize solutions that align with institutional partners' demands.
6.Create persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and pricing models that effectively convey the value of our products and services.
7.Lead negotiations, contract discussions, and agreement finalization with institutional partners, ensuring a win-win outcome.
8.Provide exceptional customer service, promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring the timely fulfillment of orders.
9.Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive activities to identify potential areas for innovation.
10.Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to represent the company and establish strong connections.
11.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns, promotional materials, and resources for institutional partners.
12.Prepare regular reports detailing sales progress, challenges, and recommendations for further growth.
