Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Institutional Sales Lead to spearhead Thinkerplace's

B2B sales efforts, focusing on educational institutions, corporate partnerships, and bulk sales.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in institutional sales, excellent negotiation

skills, and a passion for expanding access to STEM education.

Key Responsibilities:

 Develop and execute a comprehensive institutional sales strategy to drive revenue

growth.

 Identify and engage with schools and corporate organizations for bulk sales

opportunities.

 Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in educational and corporate

institutions.

 Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

 Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

 Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to tailor offerings for institutional

clients.

 Track sales performance metrics and provide regular reports and insights.

 Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.

Qualifications & Skills
:

 Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

 8-12 years of experience in institutional sales, preferably in the EdTech or educational

supplies sector.

 Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

 Strong relationship-building and networking skills.

 Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

 Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts efficiently.
