- Client Acquisition and Relationship Building
- ? Acquire new clients (FIIs/Domestic FIs) and build the Institutional client base for Institutional Brokerage business.
- ? Identify, convert & develop successful business relationships with Banks, FIIs, Mutual Funds, Insurance Companies, Pension Funds, & other Institutional Investor segments for Equity sales.
- ? Prepare and execute a sales plan for the assigned relationship accounts.
- ? Interact with Institutional clients i.e. MFs, Insurance Cos, Banks, FIIs for regular business.
- ? Coordinate meetings between research teams with various kinds of institutions and corporates.
- ? Arrange road shows and conferences for clients with corporates/experts.
- Business Management and Expansion
- ? Responsible for overall Institutional Business and handling and expanding portfolios of clients for Institutional Equity.
- ? Develop and maintain a long-term relationship with institutional clients.
- ? Maintain cordial relationships with Dealers, HODs, Fund managers and coordinate with the research team for trading fundamental calls.
- ? Coordinating with the research team and advising clients regarding the same.
- ? To develop the business and generate revenue.
- ? Provide timely progress reports to management and maintain records of clients.
- Client Engagement and Requirements Understanding
- ? Meeting clients on a regular basis to understand their requirements.
- ? Coordinating meet-ups between research teams and various institutions and corporate clients.
- Key Skills:
- Mandatory: 3 to 5 years in business development of acquiring institutional clients
